Poople Unlimited is an original word ladder game, and all content on this site — including game design, puzzle data, text, and graphics — is created by us. We respect the intellectual property rights of others.

Designated Agent

We accept DMCA takedown notices by email at contact@poople-unlimited.com. You may also register a formal designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office; until then, this inbox is the point of contact for copyright claims.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content on this site infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to contact@poople-unlimited.com. Your notice should include:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The specific URL(s) where the allegedly infringing content is located.
• Your name, company, and contact details.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to contact@poople-unlimited.com containing:

• Identification of the material and its location before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court where you reside (or where the operator is located).
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon a valid counter-notification we may restore the material, unless the original complainant files suit within 10–14 business days.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the ability to use the Service for users who are repeat infringers. For a no-account game this means blocking access from the relevant context where technically feasible.

Misrepresentation Penalty

Anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that content infringes, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages — including costs and attorneys' fees — under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.

Our Response

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly investigate and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
